Our Purpose:
The Lourdes Football Club Committee is made up of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about football and the development of our club. Our purpose is to:

Roles & Responsibilities of the Committee:
Our Committee members take on a range of important roles to ensure Lourdes Football Club continues to grow, develop, and operate smoothly. Here are some of the key positions:
President:
The President is the overall leader of the club, providing direction, setting strategic goals, and ensuring that the club is moving forward with a clear vision. They represent the club at meetings with external stakeholders and oversee all committee operations.
Vice President:
The Vice President supports the President in all aspects of the club’s activities and steps in for the President in their absence. This role is crucial for ensuring continuity in leadership and managing key club initiatives.
Secretary:
The Secretary is responsible for managing communications within the club, including taking minutes at meetings, distributing information to members, and keeping records of club activities. They ensure that all members are informed and up to date.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer oversees the club’s finances, ensuring that all funds are managed responsibly. This includes budgeting, financial planning, and reporting on the clubโs financial status. The Treasurer plays a key role in ensuring the club remains financially healthy.
Registrar:
The Registrar manages player registrations and ensures that all members are properly signed up for the season. This includes maintaining accurate player records and communicating registration information to parents and players.
Committee Members:
Our other committee members assist in a variety of areas such as event planning, sponsorship, fundraising, and organizing social events. They bring fresh ideas and energy to the club, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.
